It is in unison with their guiding motto “immer besser” (translated: always better), which is already imprinted on the first machines by the founders Carl Miele and Beinhard Zinkann and shapes the company until today.

The goal can only be reached by acknowledging trends early, integrate them into the product offering and therefore continously work on innovations. The design of Miele@mobile took both platforms (Android and iOS) as well as different devices (smartphone and tablet) into consideration. As a result the responsive interface adapts flexibly to the specific screen.

Starting, stoping, pausing and resuming a program per smartphone or push notifications that alert you. The development of Miele@mobile enables end users to stay informed about the status and actions of their appliances at all times.

Easier budgeting

With the help of functions for consumer goods, we have digitized another process together with Miele: The user gets a periodic and up-to-date insightinto the respective fill level of their costumer goods.

Reorder flexibly

Because the app is connected to the SAP as well as the Miele Shop, it can help when the fill levels are running low. An easy and uncomplicated way of reordering was made possible: at any time & automatic or manual upon request.

Recipes

In cooperation with Kitchen Stories Miele took their classic recipe books to another level and we helped them. The focus was on the smart features.

Step-by-step

In cooking mode, the users can walk through every recipe step-by-step. Based on the devices that are known by the app, the recipe features can filter and make suggestions about program settings.

Device Integration

A deeper intergration happened with the new “Dialoggarer”. Whole recipe steps or program sequences can be transfered with the Miele@moblie app because of our device integration.
