Certification

In order to be able to launch your product on the market, it is necessary to master a challenge where a lot of confusion and half-knowledge prevails: the CE marking and the CE declaration of conformity that goes with it. In the international market, many other directives, rules and standards are also applied. Even in the run-up to development, we naturally support you with all questions and challenges relating to certification, approval and conformity testing.

Whether FCC, UL or CSA for the North American market, ENEC or GS (Geprüfte Sicherheit) for increased requirements in the European market, EAC or Anatel: With our experts and partners, we compile requirements and conditions for the product, documentation, guidelines to be taken into account and standards in advance.

Determination of the guidelines

We take care of determining the guidelines for certification, for example according to RED 2014/53/EU and the required standards.

Test plan development

In addition to individual tests, we also develop dedicated test plans under the requirements of the guidelines and standards. In doing so, we address all relevant subareas, such as EMC, EMCU, electrical safety or radio (Spectrum Matters).

Pre-checks save time and costs

We carry out pre-tests quickly and cost-effectively in-house or at qualified partners. According to your needs and requirements, so that nothing goes wrong even with a tight schedule.

Implementation of final tests

With our DAkkS-certified partner test house, we perform reliable tests in accordance with all current standards so that nothing stands in the way of labeling and certifying your product.

Accompaniment of series production

We also accompany you after the successful development and testing of your product during series production and your rollout. We support you in all the necessary sub-steps or take them off your hands completely. In doing so, we start well before the actual manufacturing and already take into account all topics relevant for production during development.

With our network of suppliers, partners and EMS, we offer the entire manufacturing chain from component procurement to board manufacturing and assembly with subsequent end-of-line testing, programming and provisioning. In addition, we also support you with provisioning, packaging, picking, logistics, customs clearance and import & export, from production, directly to your end customer.
