The Connectivity Board is a directly usable, CE-certified PCB that enables cellular connectivity for smart products as well as offline devices using LPWA and OMA LwM2M. Our board comes with a embedded MFF2 SIM, which provides access to Vodafone's global Narrowband IoT/LTE Cat M1 network. This guarantees a secure and reliable connection, even in remote locations or basements.

The mainboard contains the Nordic Semiconductor nRF9160. The Connectivity Board can be installed directly in existing products or equipped with the help of a retrofit. It also fits into protected and standardized Bopla cases.

Nordic nRF9160

At the heart of the board is the Nordic nRF9160 chip with Arm Cortex-M33 processor and integrated NB-IoT and LTE-M modem.


In cooperation with our parent company Vodafone, we provide an already configured MFF2 SIM with our Cellular IoT Offering.


The Connectivity Board Module is CE certified and therefore suitable for use within Europe.


For your specific applications, our Connectivity Board Module can be easily and flexibly extended by various daughterboards.

    Programming and readout via DSUB

    The CE certified RS485 daughterboard allows you to read and program sensors via DSUB to enable Modbus and Modbus RTU applications. In addition to RS485 connection, the board can be used for alternative power supply from VBAT= 3.3V to 17V.

    For industrial environments

    The PLC Daughterboard is a fully isolated 5x 24V digital in, 5x 24V digital out expansion board which shall be used in industrial environments.

    The isolated digital inputs and outputs are read and written via a SPI interface. In addition to the digital I/Os, an external supply voltage of 24V has to be converted to a voltage of 12V which supplies the Connectivity Board (VBAT is used to power the mainboard from the daughterboard).

    Enables battery operation

    Enable battery powered use cases with an input voltage range of 1.8VDC to 3.3VDC. In addition to the conversion of low input voltages into a 5V supply voltage for Connectivity Board, this daughterboard extends Connectivity Board by the following interfaces: 4 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs and 2 analog inputs.
